This is about learning to compromise, co-operate and enjoy communication and not fall into the sudden shock syndrome of Uranus which will oppose the Sun and Moon together with Mercury all early degrees of Libra. Another strong emphasis with the Libra energy here is good old Saturn in Libra and conjunct Venus. This talks about taking responsibility of our self-worth when it comes to desires of relating with others. Saturn and Venus in Libra work quite nicely here so it shouldn't be too harsh, depending on your attitude in the first place. Saturn and Venus are also joined by Juno (partnership) so again, this 'should' ideally (she says in true Libran fashion) be a good time for relating with others and especially romantic ones.
Our main challenge here is Pluto in Capricorn squaring the Sun, Moon and Mercury and a square is tension and frustration. Remember that Pluto is about transformation - using this energy to transform you and 'not' others by projecting that Pluto outwards and dictating to others. Mars is sextile in Leo to the Moon Sun and Mercury so a loving and passionate warmth oozes through here, a nice combination.
